Alex is the only locksmith you need. He's polite, timely, affable, and *super* efficient. I got locked out of my bedroom at 2 pm in a Sunday and he was there within minutes, was finished in five, and cost less than most of the other places I've had to rely on over the years. My locks were old and unsafe and Elan was knowledgeable in explaining to me what I needed for the type of door that I have without trying to upsell me. The lock I wanted had to be special ordered but Elan was professional, courteous and kept me apprised of the status along the way. Once the locks arrived Elan immediately contacted me, arrived on time, expertly installed them, and made sure I tested them. He even cleaned up the sawdust made from drilling into the wooden door.
